The Studio.
The studio features a large cove and roll-up door, which allows for creative freedom not only in what you’re able to capture images of (spacious enough to photograph a vehicle), but also allows the choice between shooting with natural light or professional lighting equipment.
The hangout area.
The hangout area is versatile; utilize the space however you’d like. It can be a meeting location, a clean space to get a project done, or a communal area to host a gathering or workshop. This modular area includes a kitchen, a large community table, work surfaces, and a comfortable seating area.
The upstairs office.
Tucked away from the studio and the hangout area, this quaint upstairs office is the perfect location to help you stay focused. You’ll have access to a closed space with a desk, couch, storage, and restroom.
You can rent this place for a day, a week, or a month––we love welcoming new creatives.
If a client or model wants to stay overnight, you can also use this space as a place of rest as the couch converts into a comfortable queen-sized bed and has a full bathroom (including a shower). This is a per-project request and for a limited number of nights.
The options
For all options, you have the ability to book the Studio or Hangout Area individually or book the Studio & Hangout Area together.
The rate includes the use of the space, tables, and clothing racks (but does not include any lighting or photography equipment, paper rolls, or c-stands. These may be rented through the studio - or you can provide your own gear). You also have the ability to bring your own team & equipment or utilize our in-house services and equipment rentals.

Starting $95
half day
With the half-day booking, you have access to the rented space(s) of your choice for a total of 4 hours. This is typically ideal for small-to-medium sized projects with experienced crews.
Starting $360
full day
Full-day booking gives you more flexibility, less stress, and access to day-prior gear & product drop off, early start & late wrap. Arrival snack and beverage handling can be included.
